LORI LAPIN
I'm Lori, a trainer and fitness expert bringing over 35 years of industry experience. I graduated from The University of Georgia with a degree in Exercise Science with a specialty in Corporate Wellness. In 2012, I opened Strong Foundations, a boutique state of the art Gym in Columbia, South Carolina .
We focus our work with nutrition counseling , personalized exercise programs in a small group setting for all stages and all ages of life.

As a certified coach, I work closely with my clients to build a personalized program designed to ensure results through cutting-edge fitness and nutrition strategies. The Strong Foundations philosophy is built on lifelong wellness with nutrition, strength, mobility and mindset.
